About Mink Education and Enrichment Seminars
Established in 1988, Mink Education and Enrichment Seminars (dba Mink Seminars) is Northeast Ohio's foremost Real Estate Continuing Education provider. We Specialize in Participation Education, where we bring in experienced guest speakers for virtually every class. Whether a lecture or panel discussion type of class, we believe that the best source of information is from the professionals “in the trenches” every day. Examples of our guest speakers are Home Inspectors, Appraisers, Loan officers /originators, Civil Rights Activists, Attorneys, and IRS Enrolled Agents. No two classes are alike, and the student gets the opportunity to frankly ask questions of the guest speakers that are generally not possible during normal business interactions, especially in front of clients. We feel that this forum allows the REALTORS and the Guests to gain new understanding of each's unique position and to possibly build a better business relationship between them. Mink Seminars can create this type of class for individual companies and Associations of REALTORS for classes of nearly any size.
